I have had a wonderful experience at the minute clinic. Physician Rebekah Ketterman is the best. She's very caring when it comes to assisting her patients. Also, she works with you on developing a healthy way of lifestyle when working towards approving your health. I would like to thank her for assisting me. She's Great!!! Staff is great too....
I was disappointed. I work extremely hard for my funds and to have to pay for poor care is very frustrating to say the least. The nurse practitioner Nikisha Baker seemed clueless and she did not do anything for me. I was told I had a fever and sore throat but it will pass, go home and rest. She said they do not treat Upper Respiratory Infections. My primary doctor in Augusta would have prescribed antibiotics or did something to help besides bill me. Then she told me I can get a second opinion. I paid you so, I should not hav... read more

Very bad experience. I waited in line for over 15 minutes for my scheduled Covid test and was told I had to reschedule because they give a 10 minute grace period. I was there 5 minutes before my appointment. I can’t help there was a line. The older white lady showed no remorse. She was very rude.
Great experience! My son got sick while we were visiting relatives, so we used this CVS Minute Clinic. Pam and Catherine were both very thorough and patient. They were pretty busy, so I definitely recommend making an appointment online before visiting, if possible. Can’t recommend them enough!
