Completely unprofessional. Rude to college students. My student left feeling worse because they made her feel stupid and left in tears. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Do better. I sent my kid there for you to care for her not make her worse.
Unfortunately, my walk-in experience here was very disappointing. I checked in and waited for about an hour while three staff members were continuously chatting with each other. No one acknowledged me or provided any information about the wait. Eventually, one staff member asked why I was there and told me I would have to wait indefinitely. Quick sickness screening. Was easy to schedule, finalize the screening procedure, and get checked in and seen promptly. Very good experience overall despite being sick.
The minute clinic was amazing and super sweet, I feel bad for the nurses though because the bathrooms were filthy and there was pee everywhere(on the seat and in front of the toilet). I had walked in after a man who worked at cvs(in a cvs uniform), will go to the minute clinic again though.
