Very unhappy and will NEVER go back! I presented my insurance card with zero copay. They still billed my card for the entire amount! Best they can do is issue a refund at their leisure. No attempt to rectify with a rapid return of MY MONEY. 4 weeks AFTER they are paid in full by my insurance is the fastest they can do to return my money after THEIR mistake. My mother was ill with a sore throat, coughing, and congestion. They gave her a Covid test, but would not give her meds. Two hours later, bad fever. Going to a real urgent care tomorrow. Thanks for nothing.
Go in there very rude wants to do all kinds of tests for something that was not necessary and very disrespectful and becoming very pricy
