I came in asking to be seen for a strep throat and the lady (rudely) told me to go to the other side because she was mopping. Then informed me they were closed because they needed time to clean up. This was at 4 o clock, she acknowledged they actually closed at 4:30 but they needed time to clean up.
great place to get help for medical needs
The nurse was absolutely amazing
I stopped in at the CVS Clinic in the North Blue Springs, MO store to ask questions about getting current flu and covid injections. The young lady at the clinic helped me set up my appointment in the system. Luckily for me she had an immediate opening, and I was able to obtain both injections very quickly. I appreciate her help in answering my questions, setting up the appointment and giving me the injections. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. My CVS experience was excellent and very pleasant. Thanks CVS.
Went in for an appointment at 940. Say for an hour before I asked someone for help. The nurse practitioner said they called my name multiple times but that did not happen. I sat for an hour and saw no body. When I confronted them they said they called multiple times and got no response. They told me I needed to schedule a new appointment and they could no longer see me. Now I have to wait 6 hours for a new appointment.
