Kiosk was broken for walk in appointment. Told the pharmacy they said they called and someone would help me check in for a walk in appointment as soon as possible. They took 2 patients with appointments and I asked the pharmacy about it again they called said the same thing. After an hour of waiting to just be checked in for a walk in and being told twice someone would help me and not I finally gave up and left. Do not recommend. Waste of time.
Clean, happy place. The NP was wonderful, efficient and caring.
Nurse practitioner and assistant were both so polite and took their time answering any questions I had. Been going here for 2yrs and I’m very happy with the whole experience here. Thank you
I came in asking to be seen for a strep throat and the lady (rudely) told me to go to the other side because she was mopping. Then informed me they were closed because they needed time to clean up. This was at 4 o clock, she acknowledged they actually closed at 4:30 but they needed time to clean up.
