Don't go here. I brought my four kids for annual flu and covid vaccinations and provided our health insurance information. For some reason, one of the four children's health insurance profiles didn't go through. CVS billed me nearly $500 for the vaccines for one child. I called them to provide my daughter's insurance information, and they told me it was fixed ... but then a month later I got the same bill. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but the third party “how was your visit” emails linked me right here, so here we go. I’ve copied my response to their survey question here: You’ve “optimized” so hard you’ve forgotten about humanity. This was genuinely the most dehumanizing experience I’ve ever had pursuing healthcare. The actual provider was lovely and accommodating, but this system is set up apparently by and for robots. Clinic and Practitioner were excellent in terms of treatment quality, knowledge, professionalism, punctuality and human care. Recommended without reserve.
The nurse I saw was nice and professional. Downside, there is no point in making an appointment if it’s for anything other than sudden sickness. I went for a tb test, made the appointment days in advance, arrived on time and after having to interrupt the nurse to ask how much longer, she tells me that sick people override the immunization and tb appointments. 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I was finally seen.
