The nurse I saw was nice and professional. Downside, there is no point in making an appointment if it’s for anything other than sudden sickness. I went for a tb test, made the appointment days in advance, arrived on time and after having to interrupt the nurse to ask how much longer, she tells me that sick people override the immunization and tb appointments. 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I was finally seen. This was around 1pm on 12/3/25. Do not come here. Went to the pharmacy and the front desk told me the minute clinic is closed. I am confused because I have an appointment, I sign in to the kiosk and it says my appointment does not exist. I sign in through my email and it says my appointment was canceled. However I sit down and I am patient. I wait till the doctor is done seeing a patient and knock on the door to ask about the situation. My mom was traveling from out of town. They couldn’t confirm if they could take her insurance. There was something else regarding not having access to UTI testing virtual. We decided to go somewhere else for care.
This Minute Clinic provided us with an opportunity to see a medical professional quickly and easily. The appointment process online was easy and we were able to get a same day appointment. The Nurse Practitioner, Tracy Foland, provided professional treatment and was a very good communicator.
