If you want to feel like you’re nothing but an inconvenience and burden then this is the place for you. I arrived at the clinic an HOUR before closing with my two sick children - one a toddler and one a baby to be told by the time she saw the two patients in front of me it would be close to 7:30 and so they would be closed. Today I went in with what turned out to be a sinus infection and asthmatic bronchitis. Also, after signing in, I waited just 1-2 minutes. The physician was friendly, very thorough, very attentive and also very caring. It was actually one of the best doctor visit experiences I have had in a while. She was very knowledgable and really took the time to go over all of my symptoms, ask questions and listen to everything I described and shared. 2nd time I have been here. Both times because my doctor couldn't see me in a timely manner. 1st time I walked right in. 2nd time, I waited less time than I would have if I had been at my own doctor's office with an appointment. Same person that treated me both times. Very personable, helpful and concerned for my well being. She called my prescriptions in across the street because the wait time was 45 minutes at this location.
This place shouldn't be allowed to "play" doctor! Charged me $129 to check my daughter's vital signs and prescribe meds. When i go to pick up the meds from publix where i wanted it sent to nothing been sent to them! So i tried Walmart n same deal. It wasn't called in! She did not like the fact i did not want cvs to fill it. So next day i calling to get this resolved and kept getting switch to medical and after 3 phone calls of nothing other than sitting on hold 30+ min b4 i just hang up really had my blood boiling! Had a virtual visit in February. Doctor completely misdiagnosed me and then they charged my credit card without ever submitting to my insurance company. This service is a complete scam. Stay away!
