Don’t waste your time here, everybody was extremely rude especially the day I came in sick. then I call about my billing because they wanted to charge me 3 months after my visit and the lady on the phone rude and just acted like she didn’t even want to be there. If I would’ve known this is how my time was going to go here I would’ve just went to urgent care.
The Nurse Practicioner listened to me & was very thorough. She took her time & even triple checked my breathing when she thought she heard something that could be more serious. She advised me if i have not improved in 3 days to come back.
Came in feeling super sick. NP Sherri Johnson rushed through the apt, dismissed my concerns, hardly listened to what I had to say. She said my tonsils look normal. I said what?? They literally are red and have white spots so gives me a mirror so I can get my tongue situated to get a good view to show her, she looks and confirms they do not look normal, so she was just not going to get a good look and just move on when my throat pain was the reason I came in?? Best location in the Kansas City area to get care.
Was very thankful I could get in the same day I looked up days and time. The entire time from checking in, to leaving was about 1 hour. Thanks
