I went to see Diana Mulvey at the clinic in January at Target and I was feeling very sick with an upper respiratory cough. She was very patient and thorough and tested me for everything. She gave me a prescription for an inhaler and nose spray. It was promptly filled at the CVS pharmacy and I felt better almost the next day.Very competent and caring.
Tried to use the “walk in” service but it no longer exists. The first available appointment time wasn’t for another 4 hours. Despite being the only person in the entire clinic for over an hour and watching repeated no show appointment times fall off the schedule, with 3 staff members present. I was repeatedly told that I had to wait for my scheduled appointment time. Despite the fact that I was the only person checked in and present for the next 4 hours. The staff was pleasant and friendly.
This is not a walk in clinic. I am a first responder and just needed some simple antibiotics for a sinus infection. I came here on my way to work. They refused to see me without an appointment. They were "booked all day with appointments" even though no one was in line and I was the only one there. Go elsewhere to be treated with some basic human decency for your care.
Covered in the VA community care network? NOPE! Don’t say that if you don’t mean it.
I had a fairly decent experience a few years back when me and my cousin went there for sore throats/cough/cold. PA looked us over, prescribed the usual meds: cough syrup, antibiotics which we picked up at their pharmacy. I'm suffering from an ear infection even as I type this. Went to Patient First on Thursday where I was given antibiotics and sent home. They don't seem to be doing the job. I'm considering hitting this place. Last time there was zero wait time, etc.
