Very professional. Listen to my questions and didn't rush me
The staff here is so amazing. This clinic has pretty much become our go to spot woth so many PCP/pediatricians being booked for days on end. Everyone is so knowledgeable and kind. We love this clinic 🥰

I did a Virtual Minute Clinic visit. I've been sick over a week, they charged me $120 and gave me a stupid cough medicine that didn't do crap. Then, when I called to tell them I was still sick- they refused to send meds that would actually help- EVEN THOUGH the doctor told me to reach back out on Monday if I wasn't better. Dr. T. SHIELDS and her Nurse Practitioner should be ashamed:(
