My wife had two scheduled appointments and also put herself on the waitlist in case there was an earlier opening. The nurse practitioner continually took her off the waitlist, and ultimately refused to see us altogether, telling us we had to call a different location. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the nurse actually ran away from us and went into another room because she didn't want to deal with the situation. Dont waste your time, better off to an urgent care, wated two hours there. We checked in, and people behind us were getting called before us. Worst service
If you are using PfISD's Healthcare Highways insurance, do NOT go to this MinuteClinic. Do NOT get vaccines at this CVS. CVS is in-network for PfISD's Healthcare Highways, but MinuteClinic is out of network. Getting vaccines here is through MinuteClinic, not the CVS Pharmacy, and they may not warn you that you are getting a service that is out of network. My husband and I thought we were getting vaccines from the CVS Pharmacy and were shocked to be billed $1343 each for three vaccines which were simply Covid, flu, and pneumo... read more
Waited in the waiting area 30 minutes past my appointment time and never got my shot. I signed in twice, once on my phone and once through their tablet. Lady came out twice, noticed me and another person were waiting and nothing came of it. Very frustrating.
