Waited in the waiting area 30 minutes past my appointment time and never got my shot. I signed in twice, once on my phone and once through their tablet. Lady came out twice, noticed me and another person were waiting and nothing came of it. Very frustrating.
The NP didn't know what she was doing when giving the TB test. Didn't make sure the bevel was up. Pulled the needle out, then restuck. Didn't create a bleb. Wanted to stick again. Then when returned in 48 hours to have test read she didn't know how to make cash change and wasn't happy that I wanted to pay cash and not card. She would have gave me $10 to much change if I hadn't corrected her so her drawer wasn't short at the end of the day.
NP Sheeba Thomas was super sweet and listened to my concerns. She took her time and didn’t rush through anything. I will definitely come back in the future, if needed.
