While the provider that saw me was good, the entire process of attempting to get an appointment was utterly ridiculous, cumbersome and difficult to navigate. Their phone support was poor. No way to talk to anyone at the actual clinic, no way to find out who I would be seeing in order to check their credentials. Parts of the website were not working properly.
