Made an appointment online for a flu shot for myself and my family. Got there and they couldn't find our reservation, despite our email confirmation. I then get a call from the CVS Pharmacy (which is right next to the MinuteClinic in the Target- SAME ADDRESS. And they are asking me why am I not at my appointment? The representative said that they can to test that and needed, but reality was different and I spend time !!!
I made an appointment ahead of time, showed up when I was supposed to and waited for close to 30 minutes to be seen. What the heck is the point of making an appointment if you aren’t going to honor the time
Called ahead. Told to come it was a walk-in and had open slots until 7:30. Showed up at 5:30. NP saw me attending to check in and having issue with their check-in tool. No greeting nor asking if I needed help or if was here for appointment. Monitor clearly stated there were open slots until closing. . One appointment in front of me took 35 mins.
