We made an appointment online and when we got there nobody was there. Another person was also there waiting. We waited for 20 minutes when a woman showed up and said they had only been open till noon. Then why did they accept an appointment and say they were open online???? No notification, not a cool thing to do to sick people.

I booked an appointment and an hour before the appointment the woman (I think she’s a nurse practitioner that was going to do the appointment) called and was very insistent that I come in early otherwise my appointment may not get finished because she gets off at 3. I came in as requested only to wait 30 minutes and then have her tell me she didn’t have time because there were 2 other appointments. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Avoid coming here if you can. I ended up waiting for over an hour and a half when I had an appointment, I wasn’t even a walk in. VERY frustrating and will NEVER be coming here ever again. An utter waste of time and so disrespectful. Makes me not even want to shop at Target or use CVS if this is the type of service they offer.
