Zero stars (made me put 1 star to submit the review). They have never once been on time ever in the several years we’ve been going here. They are horribly understaffed and double book appointments- which is not fair to customers or their employees. This is not a reflection of the care the employees give but rather CVS as a whole. We will not be back.
The Minute Clinic nurse practitioner was wonderful. She was professional and more knowledgeable than some MDs I have seen! This was my first visit to the Minute Clinic, and I have already recommended it to a friend.
When you have to pay $180.00 to get your blood pressure taken, then America we have a problem. I forgot they are more worried and concern about making the pharmaceutical companies billionaires instead of helping heal people.
The staff is nice but I had to wait over 3 hours to get in the room and I had an appointment, wasn’t a walk in. Didn’t feel that the NP was very knowledgeable and when I was in the room with her she would be doing other things that could wait instead of just treating me.
Can’t get through to talk to someone. Have an upcoming appointment for Childs vaccine and get a message that they are out. Plus they need order enough of my recurring prescriptions causing delays in treatment. It is every 90 days. Feel like not valued as a customer. Disappointed and have some rude folks working there.
