Very meh experience. Did a walk up and signed in on the kiosk. It told us that we would be waiting about 30 minutes total, but it makes no mention of the scheduled appointments getting priority over you even if they are scheduled for well after you checking in. The employee Danielle even laughed and told us she "is surprised it worked for us, usually people are waiting a couple hours before they are seen.." in total we waited over an hour until we were able to meet with Danielle. I highly recommend minute clinic to friends and family They are very friendly and caring. The place was very clean and they're open to diversity. Their overall rating should be way higher than a 3.0.

Today my wife made an appointment, and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. After waiting 55 minutes, said Doctor popped their head out the room and said she wouldn’t be taking any more people today and that they should have “made a real appointment” even though the appointment was made soon arrival. This is all well before the clinic closes. Clinic posted hours are till 7:30pm, and she was turned away after waiting for an hour, at 6:50.
