What a terrible walk-in system! No notification of being fully booked as signing in but until waiting for over one hour. Patients are patient, the staff is not! she interrupted without listening more than 2 explanation words.
We took our child in for an appointment after he’d had the flu for the past several days, to make sure he was cleared to return to school, and to get the doctors note required by the school. After looking online and seeing in big letters “Walkins Welcome” the NP informed us and another potential patient, that that was a mistake and it only causes her problems, and it would be better for us, if we just went somewhere else. The nurse practitioner Danielle Allen was by far the nicest and most genuine professional I've ever encountered, 10/10 recommend!
First time going to a CVS clinic and I was surprised. The practitioner was friendly, she cared and listened to my health issue. She was very knowledgeable and explained with details about my situation. I was happy with the experience, definitely recommend it.
Very efficient and eligible staff. I was in and out really quickly.
