My wife went to see the nurse. Unfortunately, the nurse made a conclusion without performing a proper examination and failed to notice the blood in her ear. This was very concerning and led to a frustrating and disappointing experience.
This was as easy as it gets. The nurser practitioner, Danielle Allen, made this a great experience. Her professionalism and attention to what I needed were spot on. Overall great experience!!
Booked an appointment online. Drove 30 minutes to this location, went inside and found a note at the clinic saying this location was temporarily closed. The pharmacist said that they had been closed all day but they didn’t disable the appointments online. Wasted an hour of driving on this awful location.
What a terrible walk-in system! No notification of being fully booked as signing in but until waiting for over one hour. Patients are patient, the staff is not! she interrupted without listening more than 2 explanation words.
