Made an appointment for 12:10. Arrived early, and the sign at clinic says the location is temporarily closed. Absolutely unacceptable.

Booked an appointment, selected depression as reason for visit, wanted to start antidepressants again. The person who helped me was very nice but told me it was against their policy to prescribe anything for me. My life's a joke.
Made an appointment for a COVID test at 10:50. I accidentally went to the pharmacy and the redirected me to the minute clinic. I checked in at 10:53 and then waited 30 minutes without being seen. I was the only one checked in on the list on the kiosk screen followed by “30 minute lunch” listed. The nurse came out after I waited a half hour to tell me she couldn’t take me because I was late and the 11am appointment came first so she took him first.
