The nurse practioner was very professional, thorough, and nice. In her busy scedule with appointments, she took the time to carefully examine me and explain the test results and recommendations. 5 stars from me.
I was told they don’t take my insurance by the practitioner, and was being very rude about it, that you all don’t take my insurance but after doing a little bit of research calling my insurance company you do cover me. Thanks for wasting my time. And being rude while doing it.
I love the convenience and service that has been provided to me on the occasions that I have needed to see someone on off hours. The system to schedule at any location near me and avoid any waiting when I arrive is great and I have had professional and courteous clinicians that are able to assist me without waiting until I can get in to my primary care provider.
They give you answers to all your questions and take time to listen you are also treated with respect empathy and compassion and privacy the place is super clean every thing is sanitize
