I was charged 250 dollars for the Varicella vaccine that I did consent to taking once I realized my insurance was not going to pay for it. After confirming with the nurse practitioner that I did not consent, I was still charged for the vaccine and the injection, which I did not receive. After calling their number, they refused to correct the bill, essentially saying that because I was at the appointment, they would not drop the charges. Do NOT receive services at this horrendous, immoral, and unethical clinic.
Excellent visit to Minute Clinic. We saw Rachel the NP. She was so kind, thorough, and helpful. She spoke directly to my child in a way that helped my sick child feel seen and understood. She was skilled and gave me good advice on how to comfort my sick child.
Great experience here. Doctor Oshio was very helpful, professional, nice and patient. English is not my first language and he explained everything slowly and nicely!! Listening to medical terms was always a nightmare to me but it went well today. Thanks!
