be prepared to have a long wait even if you have an appointment. Time management is not something this company or the Nurse Practitioners on shift understand.
The on-site doctors are fantastic. They are personable, professional, and take the applicable time to listen, explain, and make you feel good about next steps.
If they’re going to close in 30 min. do not go up there. They will tell you they’re not taking patients. Nurse was rude and said she had too much paperwork to do. Just not good client relations.
Couldn't get into my PCP so went here and glad I did. Quick, efficient, professional care with very competent provider. Easy and seamless filing of insurance. Definitely recommend.
I was here an hour before a different walk in and he was seen before me. If he had an appointment, I would have understood but I don’t see why I’ve been here for 2 hours and someone without an appointment was seen before me. I would not recommend this place.
