This review is perhaps long overdue — and to note, is specifically for NP Jeff Keating. My family and I have visited with Jeff a handful of times, and we have always remarked at how compassionate, kind, and down-to-Earth he is. Just the other day, I came to the Minute Clinic and was happy to see Jeff was the practitioner. Walk ins not welcome. The only person there tells you to use a kiosk to make an appointment and it doesn't even work.
I am so thankful for Jeff for pretty much saving my life. And calling to check on me when I was in the hospital. I am finally getting better at home
I can’t say enough about the Minute Clinic nurse. She was amazing, professional, efficient and very helpful.
