The healthcare professional (I believe her name was Ruth, Rhonda, or something similar) was WONDERFUL; however, as an overworked employee myself, I could easily tell she is, as well. Based on the time slots available, I can tell corporate has unrealistic timeframes. I find it abhorrent when corporations mistreat and overwhelm their staff with unrealistic expectations. My practitioner was very warm, knowledgeable, and professional. This was an excellent experience and I was able to get the care that I needed right away. I'd definitely recommend this as an option when you're unable to see your primary care physician.
Went for my yearly end of year Insurance physical! Excellent! My N.P was Ms. Bailey and she was awesome! Thorough, knowledgeable and very patient. Went over my results and how I can improve on the ones that were not within range. Very pleased. Will definitely send co-workers to HER! Need more like her!
The doctor at the CVS Minute Clinic at Crescent Lk Rd and 59 in Waterford is condescending and rude. The CVS check in app is not working right and needs to be addressed. But more so the doctor needs to learn how to speak better to customers.
