Accurate and efficient treatment and diagnosis. The nurse practitioner was thorough, kind and supportive. I was able to get the drugs I needed to get my health back on track. Highly recommend.
The person who examined me was professional and thorough. Very pleasant. Explained everything to me.
Easy to schedule and almost no wait time. NP was helpful. Listened to my concerns and explained everything clearly. Antibiotics that I needed were available within ten minutes at the pharmacy. I would go to this MinuteClinic over my PCP for sinus infections, strep, and other straightforward check-ups. They also mentioned that they do pap smears, bloodwork, etc. My PCP started charging a $400 annual fee just to stay with their practice, so this option was a lifesaver.
Do not come here if you don’t have an appointment scheduled. The website says that walk ins are accepted. This is not true. My husband and I went as walk ins because no appointments were available and the website assured us walk ins were accepted. In the clinic area, the check in kiosk said that for walk ins there would be a wait, which was fair enough, so we waited for about 30 minutes. Lies. They claim walk ins are welcome but when you show up as a walk in they tell you nothing is available. I don't want to sit and wait for a day as a walk in. Waste of time and fuel.
