I have used this clinic many times but today is one that I will not let slip through the cracks. My daughter was needing to be seen for a simple strep test. The CVS website states that a 16 and/or 17 year old can be seen as long as there is a hand written letter signed by the parent with a copy of photo id and insurance card.
