For the location at south 7 hwy in Blue Springs, MO. It was clean and the care from the practitioner was good. What is absolutely HORRID, is charging $82 per person for a camp physical, which was nothing more than glorified vitals. On top of this, they offered a $10 per person savings, which went into effect the following day. This was not advertised or made publicly known, and they wouldn't offer the savings for me. The CVS Minute Clinic Nurse and Pharmacy team at S 7 HYW in Blue Springs are top notch in response time, communication skills, and getting my prescription filled fast so I could continue on with my day. Very impressive and friendly staff all through the health team and store. Highly recommend!
The NP that saw me was nice, however, I went in for a yeast infection that I’ve had before but needed stronger meds than over the counter creams. I had previously had my doctor diagnose me and prescribe this but she has since retired. When I explained this to the NP she stated that she thought it was a cold sore. I explained once again that this a reaccuring problem due to wearing a mouth guard at night and that it wasn’t a cold sore. She said “ok”, gave me a prescription that I picked up.
