If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. I came in as a walk-in to the MinuteClinic and waited for over an hour. As soon as a scheduled patient—who looked different from me—arrived, the provider immediately took her in and told me I had to keep waiting because walk-ins aren’t a priority and my services take longer. I understand that appointments come first, but that should be made clear from the start. There should be a sign that says “Appointments Only” instead of wasting people’s time. Update: The number left by the owner is a recorded line I already called. That's who told me it was my fault I didn't check my insurance after the doctor told me it was covered. After speaking to the customer service rep, they take no accountability for the doctors under them. I would not have gotten all the vaccines had the doctor not said it was covered. They refuse to do anything other than charge me $360 and say I should have verified my insurance myself. We all know we put in a form stating what services we want and we ... read more

Went in a for a vaccine; doctor said it was covered under insurance; paid $17 at the end of the visit; got a bill in the mail for $360!! I only went in for 1 one vaccine, but the doctor said it was covered and theb he recommended 3 more, 4 in total. Since he said they were covered, I assumed they looked at my insurance since I use the pharmacy, I agreed and got 3 vaccines in total. Why 3 and not 4 you ask?
