Great option for care. I had a sore throat and flu symtoms, and was worried about strep or covid. PA found it was an ear infection. Other tests negative. Got antibiotics. Very professional, thorough, quick but attentive. Well-equipped clinic.
I was treated with a high level of care and respect. Would definitely use the service again! Very clean and sanitized. No rushing through the appointment. So appreciative!

Terrible service, misleading website. Terrible customer service
If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. I came in as a walk-in to the MinuteClinic and waited for over an hour. As soon as a scheduled patient—who looked different from me—arrived, the provider immediately took her in and told me I had to keep waiting because walk-ins aren’t a priority and my services take longer. I understand that appointments come first, but that should be made clear from the start. There should be a sign that says “Appointments Only” instead of wasting people’s time.
