Terrible service, misleading website. Terrible customer service
If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. I came in as a walk-in to the MinuteClinic and waited for over an hour. As soon as a scheduled patient—who looked different from me—arrived, the provider immediately took her in and told me I had to keep waiting because walk-ins aren’t a priority and my services take longer. I understand that appointments come first, but that should be made clear from the start. There should be a sign that says “Appointments Only” instead of wasting people’s time. Update: The number left by the owner is a recorded line I already called. That's who told me it was my fault I didn't check my insurance after the doctor told me it was covered. After speaking to the customer service rep, they take no accountability for the doctors under them. I would not have gotten all the vaccines had the doctor not said it was covered.
