Walked into the Minute Clinic at 12:40pm, signed in, put on the list. Waited until 1:15, they came out to say "we're closed for lunch from 1:30 to 2:30, you'll have to come back then". Then they took someone back who wasn't signed in and not on the list.

If I could give 0 stars, I would definitely do it. This lady very rude and unprofessional. She was literally doing nothing. MinuteClinic means walk-ins can go anytime and we even called before we went there and they said Walk-ins are welcome. She don’t have any patients and she said I have to wait for an hour because she had some patient who had an appointment 40 minutes after I walked in that does not make sense. Horrible horrible horrible service. Didn’t even make it to the healthcare part because of how bad the service was. My mom called before coming in to make sure walk ins were allowed and they said walk ins are welcome. She arrived around 10:40 and there was nobody there. Eventually NP Tiwari came out and said to sign in and when doing that the only option was an 11:40 appointment and she said my mom had to select that.
