The care provider for was kind and patient with my son who wasn’t feeling well and who was a little scared. When she realized he was scared she encouraged him while also providing him with the medical care he needed to figure out what was going on.
This minuteClinic s ridiculous. Going on 40min and counting in the waiting area. If you only have 1 technician then maybe don't over lap appointments so closely.
My husband and I visited this clinic back in January simply to get a flu swab and were seen by an incredibly rude and unhelpful doctor. Since then, we’ve been stuck fighting an $800 (!!!!) bill that was supposedly submitted to our insurance—but appears to have been mishandled or never filed properly. The charge is absolutely outrageous for the minimal care provided. This star is for the Nurse Practitioner I seen, she was wonderful and kind! I would give 0/5 to minute clinic. Parasitic type healthcare service line that upcharges care. Get this, im paying MORE for my treatment since I have insurance. I would avoid any minute clinics like the plague, insurance or self pay. Horrible business models. Its unfortunate that I have to be financial conscience when seeking healthcare, even when insured.
