Dr. Thao Quevendo is the provider I had for my last two appointments here at the Minute Clinic and she is AMAZING!! She provided exceptional service in a quick and timely manner, while also meeting me at my level to make sure I felt safe and welcomed throughout my entire appointment. You can really feel the care in her work. I am a very anxious individual and appreciate how thorough she was in her work, as well as patient. Very nice NPs. I have had interactions with Mary and Thao.
The care provider for was kind and patient with my son who wasn’t feeling well and who was a little scared. When she realized he was scared she encouraged him while also providing him with the medical care he needed to figure out what was going on.
This minuteClinic s ridiculous. Going on 40min and counting in the waiting area. If you only have 1 technician then maybe don't over lap appointments so closely.
