We had the best experience and our NP was so helpful and amazing ! Top knotch service, very personable and professional!
One star because of inefficient service. We were delayed by more than 1.5 hrs becauseofa computer glitch. In fairness I am editing my review. This facility still gets one star because of inefficiency. Turns out the entire problem boils down to improper staffing. They have one PA that has to check in all patients, solve computer insurance issues and administer vaccines. This is a 2 person job. The poor PA was completely overwhelmed.
Customer service was great and everyone was welcoming.
I felt welcomed and felt confident about the np.
