Scheduled last minute appointment for Tdap booster after unplanned cat bite. Nurse Practitioner Habura brought me back. Verified I was self pay due to new insurance waiting period. Vaccine given without payment. When asked then prompted told place card on machine without verbalizing total. Expressed concern of $130 price quote should have been given prior to administration. Mistake not acknowledged or apology offered. As fellow Healthcare my only advice SLOW DOWN, this is how serious mistakes are made.
