The nurse practitioner needs to work on her communication skills. I checked in before my appointment time, but I still had to wait for 60 minutes. When it was finally time for my appointment, there was no apology for the excessive wait. Rudeness, dismissal, and lateness: that’s all you’ll get here.
Have not used before. From walk in status to appointment to pharmacy- Efficient, PA attentive and facility was clean. Better than other urgent care nearby for minor concerns/illness.
Walk-in Minute Clinic. Very professional and I didn’t have an appointment but she took me in a did her thing! Appreciate the quick service!
Dont say you are welcoming to walk ins if you dont actually take walk ins!!!
