CVS get Dr some help she is over worked and under paid for the work environment
Terrible experience. I walked in at 3:00 PM for a simple sports physical and was told I’d be taken in around 4:40 PM. I sat there waiting patiently, only to be told at 4:50 PM, by the same person, that she couldn’t take me after all and I should just leave. Are you serious? What bull is that?? Nearly two hours wasted, and not even an apology. If she knew she wasn’t going to take me, she should’ve just said so from the beginning. The attitude she gave on top of that was uncalled for and incredibly unprofessional.
