Our experience today was so much better than I expected it to be, Peter went above and beyond during my son's sports physical. His bedside manner was awesome, he was professional, warm, friendly and very thorough. I sincerely appreciate the service we received from him and the nurse who checked us in and did vitals. We will definitely return to this clinic again.
Another bad review well earned, appointment at 10:30 and I’m being seen at 11. They took people in the order that they came in. Don’t schedule me for 10:30 if it isn’t possible for you to get me in on time, that’s literally the point of an appointment.
The doctor was professional and friendly. I was also having an upsetting day as my mother is not well and he listened and was very caring. Thank you for being a good human. Also, I am feeling better.
Minute clinic was not a minute !! I had a simple 5min tb test scheduled that I had to take for work and I ended up waiting over an hr past the scheduled time at 11:20am . The pracitioner was by himself and doing everything he could. Alot of people were in the waiting room and getting mad. I had childcare that I thought would take 20 minutes trip turned out well over an hr. They need to staff more employees at this location.
