Minute clinic was not a minute !! I had a simple 5min tb test scheduled that I had to take for work and I ended up waiting over an hr past the scheduled time at 11:20am . The pracitioner was by himself and doing everything he could. Alot of people were in the waiting room and getting mad. I had childcare that I thought would take 20 minutes trip turned out well over an hr. They need to staff more employees at this location. I got a TB test done here and was my first visit at a CVS Minute Clinic. Peter conducted the test and was so personable and thorough, and made me feel at ease. Peter made sure I understood the costs and procedure. He even checked out my insurance coverage for me. Then he booked a follow up appt for two days and again was so thorough and thoughtful with his care. Peter is very knowledgeable and kind. Very clean despite construction. Nurse Practitioner Peter was kind, thorough and even saw me a few minutes earlier than my appointment time. A really smooth experience overall.
Don’t trust the doctor here. My boyfriend has been coughing for 2 weeks and he came here was told it was virus bronchitis . He was give medication and inhaler. And the doctor didn’t even test him! After 2 weeks , the medication didn’t help at all. We ended up going to ER because of hard breathing . It was pneumonia caused heart problem! He has been in hospital for a week!!! I wish we had went some other urgent care instead of here. Please just go some legitimate urgent care ! Save your life!
