This is ok if you need a non emergency first aid room. The NPs seem a little incompetent.
Highly recommend! The medical professional was courteous, prompt, thorough, and personable. The overall process was smooth, office and waiting area tidy, and the medical professional was excellent. They took time to actively listen, review and answer my questions. Would highly recommend!
I scheduled an appointment and went to the wrong location which made me late. I had a feeling that I would need to reschedule. When I was 1 minute away a woman from the clinic called and asked if we were still coming. I told her I was 1 minute away and she told me that I would need to reschedule. Since I was already there by the time we hung up I decided to go in to see if they would see us anyway. There wasn’t a sole to be found, no doctors, no employees, and no patients. This place is so slow. My appointment was scheduled for 10am, I showed up at 9:50am and have been waiting for over 30 minutes. So much for a minute clinic, don’t waste your time here it’s not worth it.
Staff work very slow,they'll be no one in they don't want to check you in without a appointment even if it's slow. When speaking with staff they seem stressed and overwhelmed
