The MinuteClinic was so convenient to go to. Making an appointment on line was easy. The provider spent time with me . She was professional, kind, and courteous. So much nicer and faster than trying to get into you're PCP.
I showed up to my 10:00 AM appointment to see closed signs on the minute clinic. I needed a physical for my new job that starts on Monday and I was relying on appointment today. I drove 20 minutes to get to this location. It's disappointing that they charge no show fees and their system sends out so many texts to pre check in but their system can't text us that our appointment is cancelled or they can't be bothered to call people with appointments?
