Self check-in at the kiosk went smoothly and additional info forms werte textedd to my phone to fill out. Everything ran efficiently.. The waiting area was clean, and had a nearby restroom. The staff was friendly, and very efficient. She decided the problem was above the level of care she was able to provide, in the Minute Clinic and sent us across the parking lot to the urgent care. Overall a VERY positive experience.
Ms Erika NP explain to me everything from the process to the results. She answered all my questions and was very patient, she was took care of everything i needed, she was very gentle and very careful with every process. Thank you Ms Erika
Excellent service by nurse practitioner - didn’t expect this type of service considering this is a minute clinic. Felt better care and one on one service than a regular practitioner at a doctors office
Amazing
I was traveling in sick. I went in and got treatment within 20 minutes as a walk-in. They sent my prescription right to the pharmacy and I was able to get it within an extra 15 minutes after my appointment overall I was out of there in about 45 minutes and was able to enjoy the rest of my trip.
