I received excellent care. I highly recommend this venue to all.
I drove an hour to this location because it was the only one that had a next day appointment available. I didn't want to chance a walk-in at a closer location since walk-ins are not guaranteed. This experience could not have gone better. I was a walk-in patient today and after waiting just a short time the nurse practitioner informed me that she would do everything she could to work me in quickly. After only waiting a few minutes, I was able to see the nurse practitioner and she diagnosed my issue very quickly. The nurse practitioner treated me with dignity, respect, and as a person instead of a patient. Her demeanor was very professional yet very caring. I wanted to express my appreciation for the nurse who administered my flu shot. She was exceptionally kind, compassionate, and professional. She took the time to talk with me, explained everything clearly, and made the experience very comfortable. Her warm personality and genuine care stood out and made a great impression.
