Total waste of time. Wouldn't see me because of my insurance card (never been a problem anywhere else) but wouldn't let me pay cash because I have insurance... Meanwhile, I have a fever and my husband had to bring me with our 4 kids in tow. Nurse doesn't care (is "so sorry", but not enough to even speak kindly) - don't want to be seen as a cog in the medical for-profit machine? Try even pretending to have some compassion. I got there for my scheduled appointment (scheduled this morning) and was not seen. No one today was seen per the worker in the store "no one showed up today". Rather than call to let anyone know they just let people come in. I took off work, losing money, drove 30 minutes because it was the closest appointment and no one could bother to let me know there would be no appointment. This ruins all CVS clinics for me but I certainly wouldn't trust this one at all.
Current provider allowed the patient after my appointment to jump que position while I was checked in. Delayed me to miss dinner with kids.
Ive been here twice this year and Dr Yeun is kind, knowlegable, quick and affordable. thank you miss for your services in helping get better.
Nurse Kebede is the absolute best. You can tell she cares about her patients and is quick and effective in delivering shots. She is very kind and personable. And I would recommend her to anyone needing shots.
