Had to wait an extra 20 minutes from my appointment time.
The NP who saw me in the Eagan clinic on Diffley and Johnny Cake was terrific - great communication, showed empathy, explained things in a way I could understand, knew exactly how to treat my sinus infection and overall very pleasant!
Terrible place does not honor appointments made on the app. The healthcare providers are extremely rude . Do not go here.
Waste of my money.
So much for the MinuteClinic being a quick and easy way to get treatment. I went in with what felt like a pretty obvious UTI. That was on a Wednesday. They did the tests. I did not hear anything back until Friday where they sent me a message saying that my test results were ready to view. That document came out blank. I ended up spending my weekend in pain and discomfort. I had to call them this morning (Monday) To see what was happening. They finally updated the test results to actually show me what those were.
