The system was very easy to use and the practitioner was personable
The NP we saw did a great job with my kids who were nervous about getting a vaccine. My kids were very impressed that they didn’t feel the shot at all.
I have nothing bad to say about the clinic itself I was just sad about how far I had to travel to get to one. I was a past patient at the Wyandotte location sadly it was closed.
I just brought her my daughter in for a flu vaccination at 7PM. I am an Aetna employee and I have recently started visiting this location. I am not sure if I am spelling her name correctly but Nedaa? In the pharmacy would be the only reason I return and only reason I am giving 4 stars. I won’t be giving 5 stars . There was a gentleman in black scrubs who tried to rush her (my daughter was having a meltdown from fear of getting a shot-she is 8 years old) . I had a great experience at this Minute Clinic location for a wellness screening. I was able to book an appointment at noon for 12:30pm and didn't have to wait at all after checking in at the kiosk. The nurse practitioner was thorough and took her time and I did not feel rushed at all.
