The lady at the minute clinic is completely incompetent. Systems supposedly was down, but i can guarantee she didn't put the extra zeros before my employees medicaid ID number to get the insurance to process. When I tried to just go with it and was about to pay out of pocket for my employees TB test, she stated that she does not have tap to pay. Very caring staff, listened to concerns and explained treatment plan thoroughly.
I had a great experience at CVS MinuteClinic. I walked in without an appointment and was seen right away. The provider explained my test results clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. Efficient and professional service.
Came for a TB test read. I signed in, and I am about to walk off and leave because they’re legit wasting my time. What type of rapport do they need to be building in the minute clinic rooms? If you want to have a social hour go to a bar
