Myself and my wife both had visits to this clinic due to a recent bouts with sinus congestion. I have to say that the staff here really took their time with us and provided wonderful care. They are thoughtful, professional, and super nice.
The lady at the minute clinic is completely incompetent. Systems supposedly was down, but i can guarantee she didn't put the extra zeros before my employees medicaid ID number to get the insurance to process. When I tried to just go with it and was about to pay out of pocket for my employees TB test, she stated that she does not have tap to pay. I had a great experience at CVS MinuteClinic. I walked in without an appointment and was seen right away. The provider explained my test results clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. Efficient and professional service.
