Wonderful patient interaction with kids. Super easy to get an appointment. Short wait time. Highy skilled nurse practitioners 😊
Cannot get a human on the phone. Just a ridiculous robot with inefficient options that take a really long time! That will just cause people to storm in there in person, angry from wasting gas over what could have been solved through a phone call. Inefficient. Last time I was there, you also could not talk to a human. There was a little machine where you check in, and no one there. Eventually someone who is busy working behind closed doors will come out.
