I'm only giving 1 star because I have to. I made an online appointment. When I arrived, there was no one to greet me, but I was prompted by email to check in and let them know I had arrived, which I did. I sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes before one the CVS workers stocking shelves told me that the clinic was closed and that no one came in today. This was a huge inconvenience for me. I would say Minute Clinic has some serious work to put in before being considered mediocre. First attempt at the "walk ins welcome" as described online at Red Bank CVS location doesn't even have a clinic. Second attempt at Columbia location was another walk in, this time on my lunch break. No availability at this location or any in Columbia. I called to inquire on this and was told walk ins only work when someone doesn't show up and I could get put on a list for a text if someone doesn't show. Never got a text. I then schedu... read more
Made an appointment online and came in but they were closed. What a waste of time…
Adrian Paige was very unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust her to do anything for anyone I love . She didn’t read over my prior results correctly (which I can see on my chart) , she didn’t acknowledge me just asked “ you ready?” She also stated “good luck finding somewhere that does that”, which I did . She delivers false information. Time to retire Paige .
