Provider was super friendly and helpful. She made .e feel comfortable and seen. She was great with my son and gave me information I wasn't aware of to help me in the future.
First off : I understand that the MC can be extremely hit or miss. You're at the mercy of whoever happens to be on staff that today. Well, today was my lucky day because Kathleen was working at the Azle location and she was fantastic. My son has an ear infection and she got us fixed up and on our way, with lots of additional advice like warming the med bottle so it's more comfortable to apply the drops etc. She took her time and listened and didn't just rush us out the door.
