Walked in and asked about the minute clinic, was told by the pharmacy to sign in on the kiosk and wait, and did so. The practitioner came out, looked at me, asked if I had an appointment and I told him I had signed in on the kiosk. He told me he didn't accept walk-ins, that he was on his way to lunch, and that I should try a telehealth option, so I left. Needless to say, the service was nonexistent. I'm disappointed, CVS. Should you have a person working for you who doesn't really want to help a person in need?
Keep the minute clinics! A necessary community service! They're great!
