I am satisfied well beyond my expectations by the care, service and professionalism demonstrated by NP Ashley Segovia. I highly recommend.
The nurse practitioner I saw was friendly and amazing. She really helped get all my symptoms together to prescribe the right medication. I felt validated about how I was feeling and was just a weight lifted off to finally get feeling better. I highly recommend!

The walk-in clinic is a joke. Was in there waiting (on a waiting list) for 2 hours, only to be told they are fully booked and can't see anyone else (after I waited for 2 hours). The employee didn't even know there were people waiting, or didn't bother to check? Picking an choosing who will be seen in no particular order. Meanwhile telling each other their life stories and giggling behind closed doors while people waited. If you are in pain or are time constricted, don't go there.
