I had an appointment scheduled for 5:20 PM and arrived on time. When I checked in, the staff was already assisting another patient, so I waited patiently for about 30 minutes. After they finished with that patient, another individual who arrived after me was called in ahead of me, even though I could clearly see my name listed on the screen.
