I had an appointment scheduled for 5:20 PM and arrived on time. When I checked in, the staff was already assisting another patient, so I waited patiently for about 30 minutes. After they finished with that patient, another individual who arrived after me was called in ahead of me, even though I could clearly see my name listed on the screen. I am satisfied well beyond my expectations by the care, service and professionalism demonstrated by NP Ashley Segovia. I highly recommend.
The nurse practitioner I saw was friendly and amazing. She really helped get all my symptoms together to prescribe the right medication. I felt validated about how I was feeling and was just a weight lifted off to finally get feeling better. I highly recommend!
