This was my first ever visit to Minute Clinics. I had an outstanding experience during my visit to the MinuteClinic at CVS. I had a 4:10 PM appointment and was seen immediately—there was absolutely no waiting, which I greatly appreciated. The clinician who helped me was extremely nice, patient, and thorough. I had been coughing for a week, and she carefully listened to my chest and ears. She diagnosed me with bronchitis and an ear infection. NP Emily one of the kindest most warm and empathetic providers I've ever had.I left feeling genuinely cared for and supported. Her professionalism and compassion were truly unmatched. You'd be lucky to have her in involved in your care.
Got a good experience. The doctor there was very good. Very patient and attended to me very politely. She seemed pretty knowledgeable and helped me with my needs.
I wish I could turn back time and not have gone here for my covid and flu vaccine. When I asked if my vaccines would be covered by my insurance (my insurance that is owned by cvs), I was assured that both my covid and flu vaccine would indeed be covered. One month later I'm charge hundreds of dollars for the vaccines. Multiple incredibly frustrating conversations later, I am told the flu vaccine was incorrectly billed to me due to "incorrect paperwork by the the NP," but that the covid vaccine is not covered by insurance.
