I had a great experience with Prina Edralin! She went out of her way to help me during my visit and ensured I was taken care of even when I was just a walk in and didn't have an appointment scheduled. She was caring and kind.
Today, I joined the MinuteClinic waitlist through the app around 10:30 a.m. and was told shortly after that I could head to the clinic. I arrived around 11:00 a.m., checked in, and waited in the lobby. Despite having only three people ahead of me, the wait exceeded two hours. When it finally seemed to be my turn, another patient arrived and was called in before me. I had booked an appointment the day before and the following day, I got there and checked in, within a few minutes I was already done. She was very nice.
