I am currently submitting a formal complaint against the provider I saw yesterday. I was her first appointment of the day and I was seeing her for an ear infection / upper respiratory infection. She encouraged me to get a tetanus shot. I asked her specifically I'm sick what are the side effects of this vaccine. She said only swollen arm at injection site. The Healthcare provider was very understanding and caring towards my condition.
Doctor didn't listen to me and was dismissive of what I was telling her. I'm old enough that I know my body well, but I couldn't convince her the sky was blue. She seemed busy and willing to say whatever was necessary to get me out of there asap. I don't plan on coming back to this location.
