Made an appointment for 2:20 PM. Arrived at the location and all the lights were off, the area was roped off, and not a soul was in sight. Thankfully, I was able to have my issue handled at the pharmacy, but this was just embarrassing for CVS.

Made a 10am appointment - was there by 9:55am - not one other person was there. Prina Edralin stayed in her office until 10:35am "making phone calls" as I sat there waiting. I literally had to say aloud, "HELLO!" to make sure she knew I was waiting. Once Prina Edralin finally popped out of her office, she gave a strep test which came back negative and sent me away with nothing. 2 days later, I went to Urgent Care and diagnosed with tonsillitis! Made an appointment in the morning for that afternoon to get a DOT physical. Those require a special doctor so you can’t just go anywhere. I get a missed call from them around 1:45 because I work in a warehouse so most phone calls go to voicemail. The voicemail says they have some preliminary questions so I called back and I could never get to a person.
