My boyfriend went to get treated, and they only did a couple test, came back negative and sent him on his way, did not do a diagnostic or prescribe him any medication to get well.
Should be zero stars. I booked appointment on line, checked in at their automated kiosk and sat there for a while. Finally heard someone else ask why it’s taking so long… they decided not to take patients today. Didn’t decide to not tell us, just left us sitting there. Do not waste your time! Then I get a text saying I missed my appointment!
This CVS is terrible! You can’t pick up prescriptions inside, they force everyone to use drive thru. Then the line of cars are all around the building blocking parking spaces. Can’t get out of lot. If you order online a product there is never anyone at the front register. You have to search the store for help. This CVS continues to go down hill. It really needs to close or get new management. Hate this store!
