This place always comes through for me for last minute Check Ups! Their physicians are so caring and professional! They figure out what’s going on with you and get you the meds or help you need! When it doubt, I know I can rely on The MinuteClinic!
In a normal ear wax removal service, I was left with a perforated eardrum and blood filling into my ear. The nurse did not remove the blood and immediately sent me home, scared at what she had done. The blood clot caused me to lose my hearing in the ear for several days. And I paid for this to be done to me. Very unprofessional.
Hours are open until 8,I showed up at 7:35 and there was nobody else there. I was told they take their last patient at 7:30 and insurance doesn't cover anything after 7:30. Why not just change your hours? Chump move CVS, IMO
I think it is pretty good. Nothing bad happened going here and the people were nice. I dont know why there are so many 1 stars.
They cancelled my appointment, just to confirm my appointment an hour later. I show up 15min early, just to find out more than half an hour later my appointment was cancelled again... Me and this older gentleman have just been waiting staring at each other thee entire time, and I only found out after calling the pharmacy.. like you could have at least called or texted me to let me know
