I came to this clinic cause my ear was starting to hurt and told my I had a ear infection and prescribed me some pills for it but was not expecting to pay 150$ just for a ear medicine, I’m really disappointed in the price.

The front desk older female at the minute clinic desk is very rude! She had an attitude the whole time and needs to have better customer service!

Received Covid and flu vaccines @ this location. The NP was very professional and efficient. I was in and out of the clinic in less than 10 minutes.

Can we change the hours because they do not stay open until 8pm. This was my second or third minute clinic of the night and I was turned away each time. So I don’t believe they accept walk ins. This one I waited to speak to the physician as I was desperate and she said she took her last patient and couldn’t get me in. This was 30 minutes prior to closing with no other patient in sight. This was my first time trying the CVS clinic and I would not recommend. I will not be returning or trying a CVS clinic again.

So came early, I know what’s wrong and just needed an antibiotic. The attending physician saw me, let me sit out here for 10 minutes before coming out and saying “well you don’t have an appointment so I can’t see you until 1130”. I pointed out they take walk ins and I just needed an antibiotic for my ear infection, and she refused to assist still. So if you can, avoid this minute clinic.
