Very professional help, person was totally competent and let me well satisfied of the session and the results. Excellent politness during visit and intervention.
Hours online said closes at 4:30 but when I should up at 4:05 a very rude staff member said sorry we’re not taking anymore patients. Mind you all I needed was a physical. If they are gonna stop seeing patients at 4 they should really consider changing their hours online so staff won’t be so rude when potential patients arrive 30 mins prior to closing.
Great service and professional care at this location (Castle Hills) by the Nurse Practitioner Roxanne.
