Staff was very rude. She had seen everyone and we were next but instead of calling us back she tells us that we probably won't be seen. I understand it is a walk in clinic but if everyone who was there was seen and we are next why not just see the next walk in instead of the appointment that checked in that very minute. I visited this location on 12/30/25 and was treated by Lauren Clark NP - she was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. In today’s fast paced world of health care it is so refreshing to be treated by a NP of this caliber. She listened and offered advice. The clinic was busy yet I never felt rushed. I had a few health concerns and she addressed each one and answered all my questions. I left that visit knowing I was heard and respected. CVS minute is lucky to have a professional such as Lauren working for them.

I came in for a severe sore throat and ear infection. The visit cost about $200, plus another $75 for prescriptions. I was in extreme pain and was literally crying while waiting. After over an hour, I asked how much longer the wait would be because of the pain, and the provider became rude and visibly annoyed that I even asked. I was prescribed a very large oral antibiotic that I physically could not swallow due to my throat pain, and ear drops that could not be used because my ear was swollen completely shut. Exceptional care and service in the medical profession which is typically slow and underwhelming.
