Went for a strep test. Got tested and diagnosed and prescribed antibiotics quickly. Physician also decided to check on if I was up to date on vaccinations. Everyone was nice and service was quick and easy.
I scheduled an appointment, and wasn’t able to get in until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. When I was finally able to be seen at the Minute Clinic I received sub-par care, if it can be called care at all. Alexander Isabel, MSPAS, was on duty and completely failed to preform his duties. After completing the test I was there for, and receiving a positive test result, he refused to prescribe the required antibiotics necessary for my recovery.
