What a joke, Minute Clinics hours are posted on Saturday till 5:30. Showed up and was told by staff that they thought the physician was on lunch, a bit later we were told the physician left around 11 and wasn't coming back for the day
Everything went great the dr was very attentive and listened to all my concerns. I did not feel rushed and he went through everything very thoroughly.
Save your time and money, they told me they could help me drain a cyst I had on my face, I get there and they tell me they don't do any draining at the clinic, that was not the same thing I heard on the phone, they then refer me to urgent care and charge me more then $300 for the visit at the clinic that didn't take more then 15 minutes, I could of just gone to the urgent care but they made me think they could have taken care of it and charged me way too much, never going here again!!! SAVE YOURSELF!!!
The nurse was 15 minutes late to the appointment and was extremely rude. Go to one of the many other minute clinics in the area.
Terrible service. We accidentally went to the wrong WBL CVS before getting to this one at 7:05pm for our 7:00pm appointment. My daughter is in pain with swimmer’s ear and the nurse reprimanded me rudely in front of my daughter for being late. She said my appointment was cancelled. When I explained that we accidentally went to the wrong clinic first and asked if the provider had left for the day she said, “We see over 40 patients at this location a day and you are late so your appointment is cancelled.”
