My health professional person was kind and professional in my appointment and she listened to my concerns and asked some very good follow-up questions.
I do not recommend my child was seen here for a rash on his face when my son took off his mask the doctor literally looked at him and told him yes you have herpes without even swabbing the rash or doing blood work for testing. It was distasteful to say the least. Had my son talking suicide things over things and I’m not okay as a parent.
My DOT physical was precise and by the book. Both examiners were professional and experienced. I will return in the future for any followups. Thank you again for being professionals in a world of amateurs.
I was hesitant at first because of the reviews, but I’m glad I didn’t end up wasting my only urgent care visit for the year through my insurance. I scheduled my appointment, completed the questionnaires beforehand, and waited a standard amount of time — it was quick and efficient. The nurse and nurse practitioner were both knowledgeable and professional. The NP diagnosed my ear infection and provided treatment — exactly what I needed and expected from an urgent care visit.
$800+ bill. I got a strep test, a flu test, and a covid test and a brief chat with a doctor and it apparently costs over $800. That is absurd.
