Very poor experience. Please do not use their MinuteClinic. Booked an appointment for my daughter for a TB test which was listed in the site. She attended the appointment but was told they couldn't do the test as they had no way to keep the blood samples cold. Sent her to Quest Diagnostics. Charged me three days later for the test. Called to ask for an explanation for the charge. They said that they still "Saw Her". Ridiculous. Avoid this place.

Wish I would have read the reviews, what a waste of money. - NEVER AGAIN. Was told I would be told how much and never got a price. Been on the phone for an hour trying to connect with someone I just seen and nothing. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. SAVE YOUR TIME AND EFFORT AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU COULD BE DYING AND THEY WOULDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE. THE PHARMACIST IS A WASTE OF BREATH. 🤬🤬🤬

Do not go here when you need a competent test done, especially not to Alyson Lane. They do not know how to properly test you for things such as strep and will charge $375 for doing it wrong. When asked to redo the swab since it was done incorrectly I was told I could pay another $375 to do so…. Her attitude and unprofessionalism was absurd. Went to an urgent care right after and was treated with respect and care and most importantly, tested correctly. Not only did they say I was positive for strep but also RSV.
