Broken tooth/swollen gums. Just needed antibiotics until my dentist appt. Simple right? No. We have new ins policy at work, and a few of us haven't gotten our cards yet. Most of the appt was spent on when I will be able to provide insurance, why didn't i have my card, can I at least provide policy number, etc etc etc. I mean.. i already stated, REPEATEDLY, that i can pay myself...Right here. Whole Tone changed on why I was there after asking me if I had Covid Vaccine. Waste of Time, Money, and didn't solve the reason I went to the clinic. AVOID.
Took my teen to this location for an athletic physical and the PA had no idea what she was doing so I had to pay for that appt out of pocket and make another with our primary doctor to get the physical done right which will cost more.
